Thomas Royal earned his Ph.D in Music Composition with an Alumni Fellowship and a Good Life fellowship. His is a teacher of all styles of music with an emphasis in jazz piano. He is qualified in Technical competencies such as Finale, Inkscape, and Web programming in Javascript and WordPress. He is a accompanist for the University of Florida School of Theater and Dance, and appears with jazz groups throughout the country and locally with The Nick Decarlis Quartet.
